Our event partner Weinwerft presents exclusive and artistically curated wines. On Friday evening, guests will enjoy a specialty wine tasting featuring rare selections and creatively crafted wine products.
On Saturday, join a guided tasting led by a winemaker. With passion, experience, and expertise, Weinwerft serves both hospitality professionals and private clients with premium, sustainable wines selected with great care. Weinwerft is located in 8142 Uitikon Waldegg.
Oona Caviar is Switzerland’s first and only caviar sourced from sturgeon raised in alpine spring water. At the Tropenhaus Frutigen, two sturgeon species are sustainably farmed for both caviar and fish filet production: the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) and the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) used for the premium Oona Osietra Carat line.
Raised in the pure, naturally warm waters of the Kandertal Valley, these fish are cared for under state-of-the-art, environmentally conscious conditions. All processing is done locally and by hand, ensuring the freshest possible caviar—from fish to tin. We’re delighted to welcome Oona Caviar and wish all our guests a memorable and refreshing experience.
